Realization of the New Microwave Microscopy Resolution Improvement Directions

Two methods of microwave microscopy resolution improvement are proposed: using complex structure microwave resonators and images reconstruction using methods based on the algorithmic complexity theory. The combinations of these methods allow improving the microwave microscopy resolution not less than ten times.
