The Decision Model of Staged Financing in Venture Capital

Staged financing is a basic operational form of venture capital, so that it is very important to research decision problems of staged financing. The thesis applies multi-objective decision and nonlinear programming approach to establish the optimal model of stage financing chain, and then the optimal investment proportion and money of stage financing is made by simplifying and resolving model with fixed total investment of venture capitalists.
