Potential of Servo Pattern Printing on PMR Media With High Density Servo Signal Pattern

In this paper, the applicability of SPP edge printing method to PMR with high areal density is discussed. The less side-fringe and DC-free was confirmed as the benefits and pattern with the bit length of 55nm which will be corresponding to 300Gbits/inch2 was printed to the media.
