Dielectric Properties of Common Household Powders at Millimeter Wave and Terahertz Frequencies

Thls paper presents the refractive index, absorption coefficient, complex permittivity (real and imaginary), and loss tangent of talc, flour, and pesticide from 200 to 1,300 GHz. A unique resonance peak was observed in talc at 1,150 GHz.
