Work in Progress: An Assessment Framework for Measuring the Effectiveness of an Education Portal

Methods for determining a treatment's efficacy are continually evolving and improving, yet challenge clearly exist. Even now, assessment of large-scale, multi-dimensional, Web-delivered programs brings with it a host of difficulties.
