Transformer Tap Estimation at Florida Power Corporation

This paper discusses a transformer tap estimation algorithm added to the Florida Power Corporation real-time state estimator. Computational details and field test comparison results are discussed. Conclusions regarding the algorithm's accuracy and usefulness are noted.
