ITS Technology and Policy in China

This paper will provide a look back and a look forward of the ITS program in the China. The paper will describe research activities, standardization programs and actual deployment experiences from across the country. In addition a special focus will be presented as the national ITS projects serve the Olympic Games, World Expo, and Asia Games respectively
