High accuracy absolute laser powermeter calibrated over the whole range

The main contribution to this laser powermeter is the capability of its detector to be electrically calibrated over the whole measuring range (0...100 W), with an accuracy better than 1%. This allows an improved accuracy in determining the second-order polynomial coefficients describing thermocouple electric response.<
