Research activities at CEFRIEL, a university-industry cooperation example

A description is presented of CEFRIEL, an initiative by academic institutions and industry to promote research and educational activities in the field of information technology. After a general presentation of the structure and the organization of the center, some projects in the area of CAD for VLSI are briefly discussed.<
