On construction of a bank of robust Hurwitz polynomials

Numerical methods to generate perturbational schemes that change the coefficient(s) of a Hurwitz polynomial, and thus to construct a bank of robust such polynomials, are presented. It is based on a set of sufficient conditions that are used iteratively to determine the coefficients directly.<
