An arbitrary power-law device based on operational transconductance amplifiers

This paper presents the design of an arbitrary power-law circuit (square law, cube law, and square rooter) using transconductance amplifiers. Applications of the circuits include an rms indicator and modeling of devices with arbitrary V-I characteristics.<
