Measurement of arterial wall motion using Fourier based speckle tracking algorithms

High resolution images are used to track the motion of small arteries under application of a static radial pressure. A Fourier-based method for tracking both radial and azimuthal motion over a wide dynamic range is presented. Simulation results describing the overall sensitivity of the method are also presented.<
