Communications via satellite and research collaboration with a developing country

This paper presents the experiences of conducting an international collaboration in research and development of novel rural communications solutions between the Universities of Southampton, Warwick and Dar es Salaam. Some of the solutions, particularly regarding communications between the remote sites, are discussed.<
