Fundamentals of heat transfer

There are three basic processes of heat transfer namely conduction, convection and radiation. In most problems of practical importance two or sometimes all of these modes may occur simultaneously. The authors discuss these processes, an understanding of which is vital for the thermal design of electronic systems.<
