Use of following current mirrors in designing high performance BiCMOS transconductance amplifiers and buffers

MOS current mirrors have been discussed in many papers but most of the discussion usually revolves around output impedance, the effect of channel length, cascoding, etc. In many cases frequency response is important, so the authors look at what factors influence this and what the trade offs are. They refer to data taken from simple two transistor PMOS current mirrors.<
