IRE War Participation

Text of an address presented, by transcription, at the 1946 Winter Technical Meeting, January 24, 1946, wherein the US Signal Corps is given the opportunity to pay tribute to the indispensable role played by members of The Institute of Radio Engineers (IRE) during the war that now is history [Word War II].
