Space charge limited currents in spherulitic polypropylene

Space-charge-limited currents were observed in spherulitic polypropylene films containing large spherulites which are two-dimensionally grown. The number of charge-trapping sites N/sub t/ and the mobility mu were estimated to be of the orders of 10/sup 14/ (cm/sup -3/) and 10/sup -9/ (cm/sup 2/-V/sup -1/-s/sup -1/), respectively.
