Computer Resources Life Cycle Management Plan (CRLCMP) is for any mission critical computer resources system. It is an extensive document covering plans and requirements for computer resource acquisition, development, and support. It outlines organizational responsibilities, functions, and agreements, and defines and lists resources needed to acquire, develop, and support the computer resource. The CRLCMP is prepared initially during the concept evaluation phase and revised during each follow-on phase, but it may be initiated during any phase.
