FDTD Simulation of Nonlinear Ultrasonic Pulse Propagation in ESWL

The extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) has come into wide use due to its non-invasive advantage. However, as for the shock wave propagation in human body in relation to practical lithotripsy, there are a few studies on numerical simulation based on models conforming to practical situations.
