PMD-insensitive chromatic dispersion monitoring

This paper investigates the influence of PMD on the measurement of chromatic dispersion (CD), proposes and experimentally demonstrates a PMD-insensitive CD monitoring technique using the optically sideband filtering and RF power ratio detection.
