Biochemical sensors using high-Q polymer microring resonators fabricated by an imprinting technique

High Q-factor polymer microrings, fabricated using imprinting technique, were demonstrated as biochemical sensors. They could provide label-free detection and capability of detecting small and large biomolecules with a detection limit as small as 250 pg/mm/sup 2/.
