Spectrum response improvement of higher-order series coupled microring resonator filter by UV trimming

The spectrum responses of higher-order series coupled microring resonator were improved by the selective UV trimming of individual microrings. The peak transmittance and crosstalk were improved by more than 10dB for quadruple series coupled microring.
