Diode laser with self-organizing dynamic cavity in self-intersecting active waveguide

In this report we present the results of our most recent investigations of novel semiconductor lasers with self-organizing cavity completed by dynamic gratings induced in a self-intersecting active layer of InGaP/GaAs/InGaAs heterostructure by generated beams themselves.
