Theory of hydrogenic hyperfine structure

An alternative explanation of hyperfine atomic structure is presented in the paper. The main idea is in supposition that the magnitude of the magnetic moment of a particle is an independent material constant the value of which should be determined from the experimental measurements. The proposed equation is second order partial differential equation for bispinor wave function.
