Coherent e/sup +/e/sup -/ pair photoproduction in crystal in channeled states

Coherent e/sup +/e/sup -/ pair production by photons in aligned crystal under axial orientation has been studied. It has been shown that interaction of created electron and positron with continuous potential of a crystal axis result in change of shape and position of coherent peak.
