Facial features detection on uneven illumination images

Summary form only given. Facial feature detection and segmentation have gained many interests in recent technologies. There are many variations on facial images, such as shadow, occultation, and uneven illumination. All these side effects can influence the segmentation results. In this paper, we propose an efficient algorithm to effectively and accurately extract the desired facial features from the uneven illumination images.
