The problems of the outstanding claims reserve and the IBNR claims reserve - a queuing model method

This paper studies the outstanding claims reserve and the incurred but not reported (INBR) claims reserve by establishing their queueing models. We give the distributions and bounds of the outstanding and IBNR claims reserve. Furthermore, we also give an example.
