Session 32 overview - advanced array structures

Large circuits that are built as an array of more-basic elements, such as stand-alone or embedded memories, and addressing matrices for LED displays, are of paramount importance in the electronics market. Accordingly, new developments in this field have a special relevance to the electronics industry. In this session, innovative memory solutions will be discussed, first; then, new applications enabled by the use of organic-transistor technology will be presented.
