A study of generalized minimum variance control for continuous-time system with time delay

This paper proposes a new control design method for a continuous-time system with time-delay based on the way of designing generalized minimum variance control (GMVC). In addition, it is shown that the method which internal model principle was used for as the technique to remove offsets is effective.
