Fabrication technique for over 10 microns thick ferrite particulate film at room temperature

The preparation of Ni-Zn ferrite particulate films by electrophoretic deposition (EPD) from an aqueous solution at room temperature was studied. The vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) was used to measure the magnetic properties of the films. The film's structure was examined by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) using Cu-K/spl alpha/ radiation. Also, the surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
