New 800-MHz frequency synthesizers for cellular land mobile telephone equipment

800-MHz frequency synthesizers, constructed by the 800- MHz directly divided method, are presented. High spectral purity and fast channel switching time are obtained. These synthesizers contribute to the simplification of the local oscillator vehicular equipment.
