Aspects of the theory of resonant photoconductivity in a grid-gated double-quantum-well FET in a parallel magnetic field and transport through long organic molecules

This paper presents a summary of research recently carried out by our "Quantum Electron Physics and Technology" group at Stevens Institute. Focusing first on resonant behavior of the photoconductivity of a grid - gated double-quantum-well (DQW) FET subject to THz radiation in a parallel magnetic field, we have analyzed several aspects of the involved physics, (I), (II), (III) below. We have also analyzed (IV) electron transport through long organic molecules.
