Nonlinear refractive properties in lead sulfide (PbS) nanocrystals from 1200 to 1550 nm

Nonlinear refractive index change originating from the saturation of the first exciton transition was investigated in quantum size-effect-tunable lead sulfide (PbS) quantum-dot nanocrystals in the telecommunication spectral range 1200-1550 nm
