The design and implementation of Web-based instruction system for high school - WISH and executing status

This study designs and implements a learning management system - the WISH (Web-based instruction system for high school). With the friendly interface, complete functions, and plentiful materials, the WISH provides an Internet learning environment of good quality to high schools' teachers and students. A series of experiments is conducted in 5 high schools with 38 courses. The results of student questionnaire and teacher visit are presented to provide useful reference in using the WISH platform as instruction aiding system.
