A channel-selection switched-capacitor filter with slew-rate enhancement operational amplifiers

This paper describes the low-power channel-selection switched-capacitor filter for WCDMA applications. The 5/sup th/-order elliptic lowpass filter consists of the operational amplifiers that incorporate the slew-rate enhancement technique in order to achieve low-power performance for a high sampling clock frequency. The filter is fabricated in a 0.35-/spl mu/m 2P4M CMOS technology and power consumption is 21.36 mW for a single supply voltage of 3.0 V.
