Measured performance of a ultra broadband wide scan dual polarized VHF-UHF array

The performance of a compact, lightweight, ultra broadband dual polarized VHF-UHF array of stepped ridge elements is presented. The array exhibits greater than 4:1 frequency bandwidth over a /spl plusmn/ 30/spl deg/ conical scan. It has minimal loss, good match and low cross-polar radiation level.
