Proposal of a system that automatically synthesizes music suitable for dances

We propose a system that synthesizes music suitable for emotional expressions of dances. This system divides a dance into a few seconds periods. Then, it extracts factors from dancer's motion, and transforms them into an emotional vector, then selects the most suitable music by comparing it with vectors expressing emotions of music. We developed this system and evaluated it.
