Adaptive pulse compression to 3.7 fs of a cascaded hollow fiber supercontinuum

We demonstrate generation of 3.7-fs pulses with energies up to 15 /spl mu/J through adaptive compression of the supercontinuum output of a cascaded hollow fiber by a spatial light modulator.
