Photorefractive effect in iron-doped relaxor Pb(Zn/sub 1/3/Nb/sub 2/3/)O/sub 3/-PbTiO/sub 3/

Large photorefractive effect is observed in Fe-doped 0.91PZN-0.09PT relaxor ferroelectric crystal grown by the flux method. Moreover, the photochromism is induced by the illumination of blue or green laser light.
