The method of real-timely restraining the undulation of permanent magnet linear motor's thrust

This paper summarizes the character of the permanent magnet linear motor's (PMLM) thrust's undulation. Through the use of the electromagnetic finite element method (FEM), the relation of the motor's current, the magnitude of the thrust and the position of the magnetic pole is achieved. The mode of the magnetism route design is applied for restraining the undulation of the motor's thrust, that the motor's teeth corresponds with the permanent magnets. Finally the three dimensions compensation model is established for real-timely restraining the undulation of the motor's thrust.
