On the tangential q-Markov COVER problem

We study the tangential version of the q-Markov COVER problems which generalizes the results of Skelton et. al. and, in some sense, of Byrnes et al. Enqvist. The technique we are using here relies on the parameterization of multivariable inner functions developed by Alpay et al.
