Overcoming the human barrier in technology-adoption in technology-driven organizations

In conducting a survey in the mining industry to enhance the existing Electrical Load Management (ELM) strategies applied in this industry, it was discovered that there are significant human obstacles to the adoption of ELM technologies. These human barriers are presented as well as a proposed solution.
