Human body optical properties kinetics in laser field

In current investigations the human body response on low level laser radiation is presented for a spectral range from 430 up to 830 nm. In experiments the tissue optical properties alteration was registered by the measurements of the kinetics of the backscattered radiation spectral intensity changing for different irradiating sources (lasers, LEDs, heat sources). The statistical analysis of the achieved experimental data shows that both the integrated intensity of backscattered radiation and its spectral distribution are changing during the tissue laser irradiation that means the alteration of the tissue optical properties in a low level laser field. As a conclusion, investigations of the backscattered radiation spectral kinetics confirm the correctness of the laser therapy field model and the time of saturation may be used as impartial criteria for laser treatment individualization.
