Regulation on low voltage level - a collective approach

This paper presents the regulatory experience in Sao Paulo State - Brazil, concerning the distribution utilities' diagnosis of voltage level given to low voltage consumer units. The methodology is based on the Concession Contracts of the electrical energy distribution utilities in Sao Paulo State and the results were collected by Sao Paulo State Regulatory Commission - CSPE.
