DAC: serving the EDA community for 40 years

Ken Wagner, Design & Test editor and former editor in chief recently interviewed Pat Pistilli, DAC (Design and Automation Conference) founder. From its humble beginning as a small workshop, DAC has grown to a maximum attendance of 16,000 and a leadership role as the flagship conference of the EDA industry. Despite its tremendous growth, DAC remains as focused on the needs of the community now as it was 40 years ago, a fact attributable to Pat Pistilli's leadership and vision.
