Probing modification of BP neural network learning-rate

By analyzing modification of the BP neural network learning-rate and probing modification of the function learning-rate to speed BP neural network learning, a new modified BP algorithm is proposed. The speed and convergence of this algorithm is superior to the traditional algorithm.
