Experimental comparison of scattering of coherent and incoherent light

Light scattering experiments have been performed using as sources a continuous-wave He-Ne gas laser radiating at 6328 Å and a high-pressure xenon arc lamp, which was limited to a 100-Å bandwidth centered at 6328 Å.
