Green's Function Approach for Obtaining S-Matrices of Multimode Planar Networks

Evaluation of S-matices for circuits using multimode microstrip-like lines is presented. Planar waveguide model for lines and two-dimensional analysis using Green's functions are used. As an example, a multimode S-matrix is computed for a microstrip right-angled bend.
