Research on Key Technologies of Intelligent Warehouse Based on Multi System Integration

In order to solve the problem of poor response and information asymmetry caused by the poor coordination of multiple systems in the storage system, this paper proposes an intelligent storage system based on the cooperation of multiple systems. Based on the business requirements of WMS and APS/MES/SAP/SRM involved in the business, firstly establish the transfer model of information consistency. APS dynamically adjusts the production plan, drives the collaboration between WMS raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse, and coordinates SRM and MES to adjust the production process to ensure the continuous operation of production; Secondly, it solves the multi-protocol problem between systems through HTTP interface to realize cross-system data interaction; Realizing the closed-loop inspection mechanism among systems again, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of system data interaction, and finally achieving the purpose of improving inventory turnover rate, improving production efficiency and reducing cost.
