Research on the Charging Metering Module Technology for New Energy Vehicles

This study proposes an innovative design scheme based on a dual closed-loop sampling architecture and dynamic compensation algorithm to meet the high-precision and multi scenario adaptation requirements of the charging metering module for new energy vehicles. Implement the core functions of the charging metering module through hardware modular design and software layered architecture development. The hardware layer adopts a combination of Hall current sensors and transformers, combined with a 24 bit ADC and four layer PCB anti-interference design, to ensure a sampling accuracy of $\pm 0.02 \%$ within the range of $0-1000 \mathrm{~V} / 0-300 \mathrm{~A}$; The software layer embeds instantaneous power integration method, temperature drift compensation model, and multi protocol parsing middleware to improve measurement accuracy and communication compatibility. The experimental results show that the DC measurement error of the module is $\leqslant 0.3 \%$, and the AC error is $\leqslant \mathbf{0 . 3 2 \%}$, meeting the accuracy requirement of level 0.5 in GB/T18487.1; The temperature coefficient has been optimized to $0.05 \% / \mathrm{K}$, the response time to sudden load changes is $\leqslant 80 \mathrm{~ms}$, the accuracy of CAN message parsing reaches $99.7 \%$, and the average Modbus data delay is 48ms, which significantly outperforms traditional splitter solutions in terms of performance. This research achievement effectively addresses the limitations of existing technologies in terms of accuracy, real-time performance, and compatibility through collaborative optimization of software and hardware. It provides a reliable technical path for the intelligent upgrade of new energy vehicle charging facilities and is of great significance for promoting vehicle to grid interaction (V2G) and distributed energy management.
